Beyond coffee branding, he has illustrated kids’ food packaging for M&S, created cartoons on PJ Smoothies, and designed in-store graphics for Orange stores. In 2010, Jim launched the Waldo Pancake range of stationery and gifts, which sold across the UK, Australia, Singapore, Europe and the US.
