To return an item(s), please write a covering letter with your order reference number and return it with your invoice and goods to:

We recommend returning your items via tracked post. Clearly state on the invoice the reason for return and whether you require a refund or exchange. We can only exchange items for the same product.
Personalised items are non-returnable. Some goods are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If a full refund, including original delivery costs, is required, the entire order must be returned within 30 days. You are responsible for return postage costs.
The goods must be in their original packaging (including seals or shrink-wrap) and in sellable condition. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt.
If goods are defective, we will inspect them and confirm your refund via email. Refunds are processed within 30 days of confirmation.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method. If not possible, a cheque will be sent to the address on the order.
You are legally obligated to take reasonable care of goods while in your possession. Failure to do so may result in compensation claims.
If shrink-wrap has been removed, the item cannot be returned. Returned goods are inspected before processing. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

If value is your priority, choose Standard UK Delivery (may take longer). For faster delivery, select our Express Services, which prioritise your order for quick dispatch via premium couriers.
We mainly use Royal Mail Tracked 48 Service for goods under 2kg. Heavier parcels are delivered by courier. 90% of our deliveries are handled by Royal Mail for their excellent coverage across the UK.
Delivery usually takes 2–3 days in mainland UK, with dispatch within 24 hours of order placement.
Express Option: Delivered within 2 working days (Monday–Friday).
International Delivery: Handled by DPD and can take 5–15 days.
Deliveries outside the UK may incur import duties payable at checkout. Customs clearance charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Lets Buy Books does not cover these fees.
Please check all potential customs charges before placing your order to avoid unexpected costs. We only accept orders under €150. For larger orders, contact us for UK freight forwarding options.
UK/EU consumers have the right under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 to cancel an order within 14 days of receipt or service commencement.
Refunds will be processed according to your legal rights. For more information, contact your local Trading Standards department or Citizen’s Advice Bureau.
Cancellation rights do not apply to customised or perishable goods, or unsealed audio/video recordings or software. Items such as underwear (with hygiene patch removed) or cosmetics (seal broken) cannot be returned.
Where additional sale terms apply, review them carefully for cancellation eligibility.
Check all items upon receipt. If damaged or incorrect, note this on delivery paperwork and notify us within 7 days (via post, phone, or email). Return items promptly after notification.
For non-faulty items, notify us within 7 working days of receipt. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned promptly at your cost.
