About the author
Nisha Katona is a British restaurateur, TV chef, and author who is the founder and CEO of the Mowgli Street Food restaurants. She is also the founder of the Mowgli Trust charity and was a child protection barrister for 20 years before leaving her legal career to open her first restaurant in 2014. Katona is an MBE and a "curry evangelist" known for her cookbooks and television appearances.
