About the Author
Dr Saira Hameed is a Consultant in Endocrinology and Diabetes at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, a Senior Tutor at Imperial College School of Medicine and an Honorary Clinical Senior Lecturer at Imperial College London. She completed pre-clinical training at Oxford University with First Class Honours, followed by clinical training at UCL, including a Studentship in Endocrinology at the Mayo Clinic. She qualified in 2002 with distinctions across multiple disciplines. She is also the author of The Full Diet, on which this cookbook is based.
