Overview
Enter the Graceling Realm with this complete three-book paperback set from New York Times bestseller Kristin Cashore. This collection follows three extraordinary young women navigating power, identity and injustice across the Seven Kingdoms and the Dells. About the Books
Graceling introduces Katsa, niece of King Randa of the Middluns, who has lived in fear of her own deadly Grace: the ability to kill with her bare hands. Forced to act as her uncle's enforcer, Katsa secretly forms an underground Council to resist the tyranny of the Seven Kingdoms' rulers, and her path soon crosses with the mysterious Prince Po, setting her on a journey that will challenge everything she believes about her power and her future. Fire moves the action to the neighbouring Dells, a land of extraordinary, dangerously beautiful monsters, and centres on Fire, a human monster whose captivating presence and hidden strength draw her into a kingdom torn apart by war and political intrigue. Bitterblue returns to the world of Graceling eight years on, as the young queen Bitterblue struggles to heal a kingdom still scarred by her father's cruel, mind-controlling reign. As she uncovers the deceptions woven through her own court, Bitterblue must decide how to build a just future from a broken past. Together, the three novels form a richly imagined, interconnected saga celebrated for its fierce heroines, morally complex worldbuilding and thoughtful exploration of trauma, loyalty and self-determination.
