About the Author
Jill McDonald is a Missouri-based illustrator and designer who created the Hello, World! board book series for Doubleday Books for Young Readers. She studied Textile Design at the Rhode Island School of Design and later worked as a print stylist and illustrator, including a role at Hallmark Cards, before starting her own studio. Her cheerful style now appears across books, bedding, and games for major brands, and Hello, World! has become a bestselling introduction to nonfiction for the youngest readers.
