About the Author
Mark Walden studied English Literature and Twentieth Century Literature, Film and Television at Newcastle University after seven years at Bablake School in Coventry. Before turning to writing full-time, he spent a decade working as a video games designer and producer. His debut novel, H.I.V.E., was selected as a winner in Richard and Judy's Best Kids' Books Ever, and the series has since become a firm favourite with young action-adventure fans worldwide.
