About the Author
Isaac Asimov (1920–1992) was an American author and professor of biochemistry at Boston University, widely regarded as one of the "Big Three" science fiction writers alongside Robert A. Heinlein and Arthur C. Clarke. Prolific across genres, he wrote or edited more than 500 books, spanning science fiction and popular science.
