About the Author
Roger Hargreaves (1935-1988) was a British author and illustrator who created the Mr. Men series in 1971, followed by Little Miss in 1981, after his son asked what a tickle looked like. His playful, character-driven stories became a global publishing phenomenon, selling hundreds of millions of copies worldwide. Since Roger's death, his son Adam Hargreaves has continued to write and illustrate new Mr. Men and Little Miss titles, maintaining the distinctive style and gentle humour of his father's original books.
