About the Book
What do you cook for the people you love? Nigella Lawson shares her Chocolate Guinness Cake, Rick Stein offers up Shrimp & Dill Fritters with Ouzo, and Yotam Ottolenghi contributes his Pea & Mint Croquettes. Alongside them sit recipes from Raymond Blanc, Gordon Ramsay, Jamie Oliver, Delia Smith, James Martin, Nigel Slater, Thomasina Miers, Mark Hix, Jason Atherton, Marco Pierre White, Claudia Roden and many more of the biggest names in British food, alongside talented local heroes whose dishes are every bit as delicious.
