About the Author
Ben Aaronovitch is a British author and screenwriter, born in London in 1964. Before turning to novels, he worked in television, writing scripts for Doctor Who — including the acclaimed serial Remembrance of the Daleks — and for Casualty. He launched the Rivers of London series in 2011, and it has since grown into one of the most popular urban fantasy series in the UK, selling in the millions and being translated into more than twenty languages. Aaronovitch continues to live and write in London, the city that inspires his fiction.
