Overview:
This seven-book paperback bundle brings together two beloved crime series from screenwriter and novelist Robert Thorogood, creator of the hit BBC show Death in Paradise. Three titles follow the Marlow Murder Club - Judith Potts and her unlikely gang of amateur sleuths solving cosy mysteries along the Thames - while four further titles are Thorogood's Death in Paradise tie-in novels, set on the fictional Caribbean island of Saint Marie. Together they offer witty, puzzle-driven whodunits for fans of classic British crime fiction.

About the Books:
The set opens with The Marlow Murder Club, introducing crossword setter Judith Potts, convinced she has witnessed a murder while swimming in the Thames. With dog-walker Suzie and vicar's wife Becks, her trio returns in Death Comes to Marlow, where a society wedding ends in tragedy, and The Queen of Poisons, where Marlow's mayor is poisoned at a council meeting. These three novels form the Marlow Murder Club series, basis for the TV adaptation starring Samantha Bond. The remaining four titles are Thorogood's Death in Paradise tie-ins, following DI Richard Poole on Saint Marie. A Meditation on Murder opens with a guru killed in a locked room; The Killing of Polly Carter probes a supermodel's apparent suicide; Death Knocks Twice uncovers a body at a plantation house; and Murder in the Caribbean closes with a harbourside boat explosion. Both strands deliver fair-play plotting, warm humour and vivid settings, anchored by Thorogood's trademark locked-room puzzles.
