About the Author
Gordon McAlpine is a sales expert and serial entrepreneur. Following a strong start to his career at AstraZeneca, he co-founded technology start-up BigHand from his living room and, as Sales & Marketing Director, drove its global scale-up to a successful exit. In 2010 he appeared on Channel 4's "The Secret Millionaire", living undercover in Govan, Glasgow to give away his own money to local charities. He founded and later exited the world's first membership club for sales leaders, and continues to mentor entrepreneurs as a Business Fellow at Strathclyde University Business School and a Tech London Advocate.
