About the Author
Enid Blyton (1897-1968) remains one of the most popular children's authors of all time, having written over 700 books and around 2,000 short stories. Best known for The Famous Five, The Secret Seven, and Malory Towers, Blyton wrote the original St Clare's stories between 1941 and 1945.
