About the Author
Gregory Maguire is an American novelist best known for Wicked: The Life and Times of the Wicked Witch of the West, which inspired the acclaimed Broadway musical and blockbuster films. Holding a doctorate in English Literature from Tufts University, Maguire has built his career reimagining classic children's stories for adult readers, blending fantasy, satire and social commentary.
