These bite-sized stories bring Pooh, Piglet, Eeyore, Tigger, Kanga and Roo to life for a new generation. Housed in a slipcase, it's a treasured keepsake and a wonderful introduction to reading.

About the Books
Since Winnie-the-Pooh first appeared in 1924, the "bear of very little brain" has become one of the most beloved characters in children's literature. This 30-book hardback set breaks Milne's classic tales into small, self-contained stories, ideal for little hands and short bedtime sessions. From Pooh's honey-fuelled misadventures with bees to Piglet's watery predicament, Eeyore's birthday and the expotition to the North Pole, every much-loved episode is included, alongside further adventures with Tigger, Kanga, Roo, Owl and Rabbit. Shepard's iconic illustrations accompany the text throughout. Milne based these stories on his son Christopher Robin's real nursery toys, and that warmth still shines through nearly a century later. Split into short instalments, children can dip in and out at their own pace, building confidence and a love of reading.

About the Author
A. A. Milne (1882-1956) was an English author and playwright, best known for creating Winnie-the-Pooh. Milne based the characters on the real nursery toys belonging to his son, Christopher Robin, in Winnie-the-Pooh (1926) and The House at Pooh Corner (1928). His collaborator E. H. Shepard illustrated the books, earning him the title "the man who drew Pooh". Milne's stories remain among the most cherished works in children's literature.
